Job summary

Nature's Way is seeking a Manufacturing Technician/Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday - Friday) to run machines and support high-quality production. You will troubleshoot issues to keep production running smoothly and maintain accurate production documentation.

Growth through our Proficiency Program may bring pay raises every 4–6 months. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring equipment, spotting defects, following SOP and cGMP guidelines, maintaining a clean

What You'LL Do

As a Manufacturing Technician - you'll run machines and help produce highquality products. You'll troubleshoot equipment issues to keep production running efficiently. You'll also maintain accurate documentation of production activities. As you grow your technical expertise, you'll continue advancing through our technician levels. Possible pay raises every 4-6 months through our Proficiency Program.

Daily Responsibilities

• Run and monitor your assigned machine


• Spot defects or machine issues and fix minor problems


• Follow all SOPand cGMP rules


• Keep your workspace clean before, during, and after each job


• Complete accurate paperwork


• Use tools like pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools


• Report safety or quality concerns right away

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED preferred


• Able to read and understand SOPs and cGMPs in English


• Basic math skills


• A reliable work ethic and a teamfirst mindset

Physical Requirements

Stand 8 hours Lift up to 60 lbs occasionally Wear required PPE 41 CFR 60-1.35(c)
