Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a facilities-maintenance professional to keep floors and carpets in all public areas pristine. You will clean walls, ceilings, vents, stairs, and exterior areas as required, and maintain records with daily reports and requisitions.

The role requires at least two years of large resort experience, with additional credit for stone, masonry, or ceramic tile cleaning. On-site at the iconic Miami Beach property, you’ll join a detail-focused team committed to guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large resort.
• Previous experience with stone, masonry, and/or ceramic tile cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean walls, ceilings, vents, and stairwells.
• Clean all areas outside of building as specified.
• Take inventory and complete daily reports and requisitions.
• Polish marble, stone, and linoleum.
• Clean carpets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.
