Job summary

CNH Industrial Group is seeking an Internal Logistics Manager in Fargo, ND, to lead all internal logistics, material planning, and inventory management in a manufacturing setting. This role focuses on optimizing operations, supporting the transition to SAP EWM, and driving continuous improvement across the logistics function.

The ideal candidate has a track record in logistics leadership, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with WMS/SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field plus 3+ years of logistics engineering and/or logistics management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associates degree plus 6+ years of logistics engineering and/or logistics management experience OR high school diploma/GED plus 9+ years of logistics engineering and/or logistics management experience will be considered.
• Experience managing inventory control, material planning, warehousing, and internal logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead material and parts planning, releases, warehousing, inventory management, goods-in processes, and distribution operations.
• Manage and optimize the flow of raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility to support production and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective inventory control systems that balance material availability with inventory investment.
• Oversee receiving, storage, locating, dispatching, transportation, and distribution activities while driving operational efficiency and cost control.
• Analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, engineering changes, and operational requirements to develop and execute logistics strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities among suppliers, subcontractors, production teams, purchasing, engineering, and field service personnel to ensure delivery of business commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost performance.
• Utilize operational data and business analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to support warehouse management system enhancements and future SAP EWM implementation efforts.
