Job summary

Natixis Investment Managers seeks an Investment Consultant to partner with field sales, provide client service, and promote Natixis’ solutions to financial advisor clients from Boston, MA. The role is hybrid, balancing office and remote work as needed.

You will support sales through proactive client service, develop sales strategies, and manage CRM interactions. A bachelor’s degree and relevant licenses are required, with at least one year in financial sales and a strong ability to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 7 & 63 or Series 6 with commitment to obtain.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial sales or financial services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally.
• Ability to learn about financial markets and solutions.
• Experience with sales tech tools is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive sales support and client service within a defined territory via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Partner with field sales to develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Create a strong follow up process and daily sales plan to foster leads and deliver on client expectations.
• Document relevant client interactions in the CRM system.
• Leverage data to create targeted sales and service campaigns.
• Develop market and product knowledge to communicate credibility with clients.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales activity targets.
