Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with financial advisors, FA teams, and network office leadership and their teams.
• Assist advisors and teams in using Northwestern Mutual’s technology tools effectively.
• Lead advanced project consultation and drive measurable improvements in adoption and outcomes.
• Manage escalations and project management of enterprise technology implementations and upgrades.
