MFS is seeking ambitious individuals to join its investment management sales team. You will engage with financial advisors, provide product and market data, and help build a robust sales pipeline. The role emphasizes learning, strong communication, and a team-oriented approach.

Successful candidates will start with paid training, licensing requirements, and growth into broader responsibilities within a hybrid work environment that blends remote and onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field experience.
• Strong verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to obtain FINRA Series 63 and 7 licenses promptly.

Responsibilities

• Interface with internal sales reps and wholesalers to provide data on firm, products and performance.
• Schedule with BOAs and Financial Advisors for events and ad hoc requests.
• Respond to inbound inquiries about MFS products and markets after licensing.
• Create sales leads by engaging advisors and uncovering opportunities.
• Assist with backup support and related external wholesale tasks.
