Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) required with related work experience.
• 6+ years in communications, supporting senior leadership preferred.
• Experience in executive-level communications and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal communications plans engaging employees across staff, physicians, researchers, and faculty.
• Write, edit, and manage internal content across newsletters, letters, reports, and intranet pages.
• Create polished presentations for senior leadership, board materials, and town halls.
• Draft speeches, talking points, and video scripts for leadership use in internal and external settings.
• Translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing to align internal and external communications with branding.
