Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Communications Representative to research, develop, and publish internal communications that support business-line initiatives and employees. You will partner with stakeholders to create clear, timely content and help plan communications projects across Knowledge Management.

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–4:30pm CST schedule.

Qualifications

• Typically one to three years or more of experience.
• Knowledge of CSC business-line processes and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to implement feedback and establish rapport with business line partners.
• Ability to produce and edit internal communications of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and publish daily news articles and communications for various business lines.
• Write, format and distribute manager and employee communications.
• May support special event communications as needed.
• Coordinate communication approvals and support established publication processes.
• Ensure communications are consistent, accurate and aligned for intended audiences.
• Participate in content planning activities for internal communications.
