Zusammenfassung

U.S. Bank is seeking a Communications Representative to develop and support internal communications for business-line initiatives. The role partners with stakeholders to craft clear, timely content and assists with planning, projects and Knowledge Management activities that enhance operations and employee readiness.

The position requires on-site work at one of the posted U.S. Bank locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and standard CST hours.

Qualifikationen

• Typically one to three years or more of experience.
• Knowledge of CSC business‑line processes and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn new technologies/applications.

Aufgaben

• Write, maintain, and publish daily news articles and communications for various business lines.
• Write, format and distribute manager and employee communications.
• May support special event communications as needed.
• Coordinate communication approvals and support established publication processes.
• Ensure communications are consistent, accurate and aligned for intended audiences.
