Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Corporate Communications Systems & Design Specialist to lead internal communications across intranet, email, and digital signage. You will design, administer, and train others on platforms, ensuring content is on-brand and effective.

You’ll collaborate with IT and external vendors to enhance tools, analyze performance data, and implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, digital media, information systems or related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital communications, intranet management, content management, graphic design or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for internal communications systems (intranet, email, digital signage, project management).
• Manage governance, access, workflows, training, and standards for all digital tools.
