Job summary

The Toro Company, headquartered in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Corporate Communications Systems & Design Specialist to advance internal communications platforms and brand-aligned content. You will serve as administrator, designer and trainer for intranet, email, digital signage and related tools.

You will design visuals, manage content, analyze performance and explore AI-enabled workflows to improve employee experience across channels. Collaboration with IT and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design or related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience considered.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital communications, intranet management, content management, or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills for clear, engaging employee-focused content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365; basic HTML/CSS knowledge; SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and be the SME for internal communications systems (intranet, email, digital signage, PM tools).
• Manage platform governance, access, workflows and content standards.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on enhancements, integrations and troubleshooting.
• Design digital and print materials that are on-brand and visually engaging.
• Create employee-facing content for intranet, email and internal channels.
• Use analytics to improve content effectiveness and employee experience.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to improve content creation and publishing.
