Qualifications

• 2-4 years of communications experience; internal communications experience is a must.
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with adaptable tone for audiences.
• Experience supporting communications for commercial, retail or field-based populations.
• Excellent project coordination with timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
• Experience drafting newsletters, posts, talking points and briefing documents.
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to work quickly while maintaining quality.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to build connections across functions.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit and publish content for internal communications channels (newsletters, regional updates, Viva Engage).
• Develop communication materials such as toolkits, talking points and leadership messages.
• Manage regional editorial calendars, content plans and publishing schedules.
• Create multimedia content and employee storytelling initiatives to boost engagement.
• Collaborate with Global Corporate Communications, Retail Operations and People & Development.
• Coordinate assets, project plans and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Support analytics, survey feedback and engagement metrics reporting.
• Support employee engagement programs and regional events (Town Halls, AMAs).
