Job summary

Murphy USA is seeking a Communications Specialist to create and deliver engaging content across channels for MurphyUSA and QuickChek employees. You will work cross-functionally to ensure messaging aligns with company goals and mission, monitor impact, and support large forums and engagement initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong writing, project management, and the ability to manage multiple communications projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communication or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver compelling content to engage MurphyUSA and QuickChek employees across channels (email, newsletters, digital signage, videos).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with goals and mission.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications and recommend improvements.
Support enterprise-wide forums such as Town Halls and Director Forums.
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely communications.
Maintain internal communication tools to stay up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with strategy.
Identify opportunities to promote employee engagement, inclusion, and diversity.
Lead QC-specific engagement activities and support enterprise engagement projects.
Photograph corporate and store events.
Provide store opening support as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
