Job summary

GroupA is seeking a contract Content Writer to craft compelling internal messages across campaigns and channels. You will work within the Internal Communications team to research, develop, and maintain high-quality written content that informs, prepares, and excites employees.

You’ll develop evergreen content, strengthen communication channels, and enhance employee experience by translating complex information into clear, employee-friendly content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional writing, editing, or content development experience.
• Portfolio across newsletters, intranet, and internal campaigns.
• Ability to translate complex information into employee-friendly content.
• Experience with internal communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, gather, and validate information from experts to support content.
• Write, edit, and update evergreen content for employees.
• Develop and maintain content for the employee portal.
• Create engaging newsletter articles and communication copy.
• Produce industry content to inform employees about trends.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure content accuracy and standards.
• Edit and proofread internal content for clarity.
• Manage multiple assignments with deadlines.
