About the job

The Platform and Devices Marketing team brings the best of Google's innovation—from products and services to partnerships and brand experiences to even more people around the world. To achieve this ambitious mission across a global organization, the Chief of Staff (CoS) team acts as the central strategic, operational, and organizational engine for Global VP and the broader Platforms and Devices (P&D) Marketing leadership team. We serve as the connective tissue across all product verticals—including Android, Pixel, Chrome, Google Play, Nest, and Fitbit—aligning high-level goals with rigorous operational execution.

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of organizational and executive communications in an AI-forward world—including all internal organizational messaging, executive social media, leadership briefings, videos, offsites, and emails. You will leverage AI tools to drive exceptional, innovative, and strategic communications, creating compelling, comprehensive, and engaging content that supports company and culture priorities while helping marketers get inspired, grow, and feel connected with our team and its mission.

You will need to be a strong communicator, with an ability to understand and break down complex topics. You will work with the Chief of Staff as well as the VP of Platforms and Devices Marketing, to communicate to a variety of audiences–both internal and external.

To succeed here, you will combine creativity with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority organizational and executive communication projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
