Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in public or governmental communications or related content creation.

• Experience managing multiple workstreams from brief to execution.
• Strong event planning and project coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages an internal communications calendar to inform and engage staff.
• Writes and edits executive emails, intranet content, and all-staff messages.
• Translates complex updates into clear employee messaging.
• Plans internal events including town halls, all-hands meetings, and culture programs.
• Develops town hall content, oversees logistics, and drafts remarks.
• Coordinates with HR and Facilities on communications about updates and disruptions.
• Drafts timely communications on sensitive employee issues.
• Partners with Technology and Operations on change management communications.
