IDR, Inc. is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to join one of our top clients in Boston, MA. This role sits at the center of how our client communicates with internal and external audiences, partnering with U.S.

Communications leadership and our corporate communications agency to execute a corporate communications strategy. You will strengthen the external profile, keep employees connected to the business, and build visibility around scientific and clinical work across three business

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate, internal, or executive communications.
• Experience developing executive content — leadership messages and Q&As.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills.
• Able to partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business writing and editorial judgment across audiences.

Position Overview for the Internal Communications Manager

This role sits at the center of how our client reaches both external and internal audiences in the U.S. Working alongside U.S. Communications leadership and our corporate communications agency, you'll execute against a corporate communications strategy that strengthens our external profile, keeps employees connected to the business, and builds visibility around the scientific and clinical work happening across our three business units.

Required Skills for the Internal Communications Manager

• 4+ years of experience a corporate, internal, or executive communications role
• Demonstrated experience developing executive and corporate content — leadership messages, Q&As, media materials
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-development skills
• Able to partner effectively with senior leaders, cross-functional stakeholders and agency partners in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business writing and editorial judgment, with the ability to adapt tone and content for different internal audiences
