Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in internal communications, employee engagement, change communications, corporate communications or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Communications agency experience preferred or demonstrated client-service instincts across multiple fast-moving priorities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing strategic communications materials for a variety of audiences and channels.
• Curiosity and comfort with integrating AI and emerging technologies into communications and workflows.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts, projects and teams with responsiveness and proactive communication.
• Oversee day-to-day projects, timelines, and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver high-quality work.
• Develop deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Identify ideas to address client needs and drive impact.
• Mentor junior teammates, provide feedback and ensure quality control.
• Support account financial management including budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Contribute to new business opportunities through research, proposals, and pitches.
• Translate client challenges into clear internal communications and engagement strategies.
• Create program plans with objectives, audiences, messages, channels, timelines and measures of success.
