  • Continuously improve how we communicate by identifying new approaches, including AI-enabled solutions, that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 9+ years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact communications strategies that support a wide range of business objectives.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership at a high-growth, publicly traded, or Fortune 500 company.
  • Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required
