Job summary

The North America Internal Communications internship at Stellantis is an on-site program based at the Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, MI. interns will work full-time for May through August 2027 and join a department focused on employee storytelling, content strategy, and analytics.

You'll support content development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, attend exclusive intern events, and gain hands-on experience in internal communications, measurement, and storytelling

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism.
• Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2027.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to relocate for internship, as applicable.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

Responsibilities

• Support North America Internal Communications storytelling and content.
• Assist with content development, leadership communications, town halls and engagement campaigns.
• Analyze content performance and help optimize storytelling strategies.
• Mine and develop employee stories across North America from discovery to publication.
• Contribute to editorial planning and special projects as needed.
