Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.
• 3+ years writing SQL queries and creating BI reports.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw insights.
• Experience producing executive-level materials and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the measurement framework for internal communications channels including KPIs, baselines, benchmarks, and goals.
• Dive into content performance and employee feedback data to uncover insights and share learnings.
• Analyze sentiment to identify information gaps and improvements.
• Write analytical narratives for Business Reviews and track trends over time.
• Advise regional teams on content strategy using data.
• Build AI-powered automation to reduce manual reporting burden.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data tools for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and implement reporting solutions for stakeholders to manage the business.
• Access raw data feeds, build queries, and design visualizations for performance dashboards.
• Partner cross-functionally with tech teams to improve the employee experience.
