Job summary

Jackson Healthcare is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to drive associate engagement and reinforce our mission and values. You will manage day-to-day internal communications platforms, create compelling content, and support cross-functional partners across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR and Creative teams to ensure timely, high-quality communications for events, meetings, and ongoing initiatives, while tracking performance and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal communication strategies to drive associate engagement and alignment with company values.
• Manage internal content calendar and publish content for internal social platforms, digital signage, and knowledge tools.
• Support system/tool management and adoption of internal communications platforms.
• Assist with internal assets management, including digital asset libraries, templates, and messaging frameworks.
• Support communications for associate events, town halls, and community activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Creative teams to support onboarding and early associate experience communications.
