Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Communications Project Specialist to lead intake, planning, and execution of Internal Communications projects across the enterprise, aligning with organizational priorities.

You will coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and consultants, serving as a strategic partner between stakeholders, creative teams, and technology partners, while ensuring timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with demonstrated experience managing communications, marketing, web design, or related projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with clear accountability for scope, timelines, and deliverables across varied project types.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex project information into clear, concise updates for varied audiences.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively before they impact timelines or deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while managing individual workstreams independently.
