Qualifications

• Experience in consumer-driven hospitality, retail or entertainment business.
• Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment and deliver results.
• Strong solutions-focused approach with ability to drive outcomes.
• Experience in leadership coaching and development is essential for success.
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and related design programs.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the property's internal communications programs and community presence.
• Champion team member activities that promote culture, values and behaviors.
• Identify improvements to engage and inform team members and support retention.
• Manage internal communications strategy, systems and budgets.
• Produce written content, oversee layout and design, and coordinate photos consistent with branding.
