Qualifications

• Experience in consumer-driven hospitality, retail or entertainment business.
• Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed environment with strong deliverables.
• Proven leadership coaching and development skills.
• Capable of managing a high-volume workload and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the property's internal communications strategy and systems.
• Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operations plan.
• Develop and implement metrics to track communication effectiveness and engagement.
• Publish team member communications, write articles, take photos and ensure branding standards.
• Monitor Internal Communications expenditures and budget to ensure alignment with reinvestment.
• Collaborate with property leadership, HR, marketing and general manager to assess communication needs.
• Represent the property in the community with the highest regard for the company.
• Guide leadership and team members in executing internal events and community efforts.
