Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Communications Program Manager who will lead internal campaigns and storytelling, manage the weekly employee e-newsletter, and coordinate intranet content across the organization. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure compelling, consistent communications aligned with Veolia's strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field (essential).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills; content development and storytelling experience.
• Familiarity with technology applications to support internet posting, weekly e-newsletter production, light video editing, content editing, and metric analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supports or leads internal campaigns and storytelling initiatives.
• Leads or supports the weekly employee e-newsletter and intranet content.
• Manages stakeholder relationships with specified corporate function partners (Internal Controls, Procurement, HR, etc.).
• Develops and implements communication plans and timelines with the Senior Director, Internal Communications.
• Tracks performance metrics and recommends improvements to communications effectiveness.
