DLR Group is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to shape employee experience through strategic storytelling and engagement. You will lead content strategy and daily Square1 intranet management, partnering with leaders to align communications with firm priorities.

You will craft compelling content, advise on messaging, and drive initiatives that foster an employee-owner culture and sense of connection across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in internal/corporate communications or related discipline.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing strategies and executing plans across multiple channels.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and intranet platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies supporting business goals and engagement.
• Partner with leaders to implement communication plans aligned with initiatives.
• Write, edit, and distribute content across internal channels.
• Advise on messaging, audience engagement, and best practices.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Lead the content strategy and daily management of Square1 intranet.
• Maintain an editorial/content calendar aligned with business needs.
• Champion brand standards, voice, and messaging internally.
• Measure effectiveness of programs and apply insights for improvements.
• Coordinate firmwide events, employee engagement programs, and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality and attention to detail.
