As an Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in evaluating business processes, identifying risks, and strengthening internal controls across the organization. You will collaborate with business partners and audit team members to provide actionable insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement.

We are looking for an intellectually curious, analytical, and adaptable professional who enjoys asking thoughtful questions, solving problems, and continuously learning. You will have opportunities to develop your audit expertise while exploring how data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies can enhance audit practices and transform the way we work. You do not need to be an expert. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, experiment, and embrace new ways of thinking.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assigned operational, financial, and compliance audits with moderate supervision, taking ownership of assigned work and ensuring completion in accordance with approved scope, objectives, audit programs, budgets, schedules, and professional standards.
  • Perform preliminary risk assessments, identify key business risks and controls, and contribute to defining audit objectives and scope and developing risk-based audit programs.
  • Assist in developing audit programs and test plans; review business processes, policies, procedures, and supporting documentation; execute procedures to evaluate control design and operating effectiveness; and prepare accurate, complete, and well-supported audit workpapers.
  • Apply critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and professional skepticism to analyze information, challenge assumptions, and identify control gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop well-supported audit observations and recommendations, contribute to audit reports, and communicate results clearly and professionally with audit team members and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in collecting, validating, and analyzing data while exploring opportunities to leverage data analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance audit coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Build collaborative relationships with business partners and audit team members while demonstrating integrity, objectivity, accountability, and adherence to professional standards.
Additional Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field plus 2-4 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Required)
  • Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of internal auditing principles and practices, risk assessment, internal controls, governance, and professional standards established by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to evaluate information objectively and draw logical conclusions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate information clearly and concisely.
  • Intellectual curiosity, initiative, adaptability, and a growth mindset, with a demonstrated willingness to ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback, and continuously develop new skills
  • Enthusiasm for exploring and learning new technologies, particularly data analytics, AI, and automation; prior technical expertise in these areas is not required.
