Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in internal audit or external audit strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or hardware environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Prepare for SOX compliance including documentation, testing, and remediation.
• Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan across key functions.
