Meta Internal Audit seeks an experienced Manager for Reality Labs and Emerging Technology. You will lead end-to-end audits, scope development, risk assessments, and execution across AI, AR/VR, and related tech, managing a small contingent team and coordinating with engineering, security, and product stakeholders.

Meta's Internal Audit offers experienced auditors the chance to leverage Meta's emerging technology initiatives, including Reality Labs to drive impactful audits. You'll work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape risk management and add value across Meta's global operations. The successful candidate will communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, able to define audit approaches in areas with limited precedent or evolving requirements, and able to adapt audit plans and priorities as business needs and risk landscapes evolve.
