Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, or related field in a global company.
• 5+ years in audit management or people leadership.
• Experience building risk-based audit plans and operating audits.
• Experience adopting AI-enabled tools for audit, risk, or finance teams.
• Proven ability to lead remote or distributed teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
