Job summary

Vanguard seeks an Internal Audit Learning Program Specialist to design, develop and deliver learning that strengthens audit technical capabilities. This role translates complex audit needs into practical, high-impact training and collaborates with audit leaders to evolve the function.

The position emphasizes strategy, curriculum development, and stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid model near Malvern, PA. CPA/CISA or related certs are preferred; focus on SOX and control practices.

Qualifications

• Typically five years related work experience and a degree or equivalent.
• Experience in audit, risk or controls with audit lifecycle exposure preferred.
• Experience creating and delivering learning content for audit/risk environments preferred.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and deadline discipline.
• Ability to influence across teams and levels to drive change and results.
• Excellent communication to translate complex audit concepts clearly.
• CIA/CPA/CISA or related certification preferred; hybrid proximity to Malvern, PA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a learning strategy, roadmap, and curriculum for Internal Audit SOX.
• Synthesize stakeholder inputs to identify gaps and design curriculum and priorities.
• Deliver engaging learning sessions, workshops, and events in multiple formats.
• Build relationships with IAS stakeholders and SMEs for development and deployment.
• Align programs with IIA Global Audit Standards and stay updated on changes.
• Regularly assess learning effectiveness and adjust initiatives accordingly.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
