Job summary

Vanguard is seeking an Internal Audit and SOX Reporting Specialist to join the CAPE team in Malvern, PA. The role focuses on developing and maintaining recurring audit and SOX reporting deliverables and dashboards, turning data into insights for governance committees.

You will transform data, improve reporting effectiveness, and support the IAS reporting and technology ecosystem with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years related work experience in internal audit, SOX, or risk.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Proven ability to build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
Strong understanding of internal controls and assurance practices.
Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of recurring audit and SOX reporting deliverables, dashboards, and automations.
Execute and support projects advancing team priorities and stakeholder engagement.
Analyze Internal Audit and SOX data to identify correlations and trends for decision making.
Collaborate with IAS leadership to enhance reporting quality and data accuracy.
Build relationships with internal/external partners to stay informed on industry trends.
Support administration and enhancement of the IAS reporting and technology ecosystem.
Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
