Job summary

You will build secure RESTful APIs (Flask/FastAPI), design data models, write efficient SQL, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines with GitLab in a global Agile setting, collaborating with audit stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional software engineer experience.
• 3–5 years of strong, hands-on Python development with data analytics tooling (pandas, NumPy).
• Solid SQL skills and a good understanding of data modelling concepts: normalization, relational/dimensional design, schema evolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications powering analytical and audit workflows.
• Build and expose secure RESTful APIs (Flask or similar) for internal use.
• Design data models and write efficient SQL to support reporting and analytics.
• Manage source control and CI/CD workflows in GitLab; promote code across environments.
• Package and deploy applications to containerized environments; collaborate with platform teams.
