Job summary

Magen David Yeshivah in Brooklyn, NY seeks an Internal Applications Developer to build and maintain internal software supporting HR, payroll, finance, and admin operations. Full-time, on-site for 3-4 months with potential hybrid after that.

You will design custom web apps, integrate data across SIS, ADP, and NetSuite, and focus on data accuracy, security, and reliability. Reports to the HR Director with a dotted line to the CIO; work aligns with the Business Office schedule year-round.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in an office/business environment building applications.
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET platform (.NET Core / .NET 8).
• Experience with ASP.NET Core (MVC, Razor Pages, Web API) and SQL Server.
• Ability to integrate REST APIs and third-party systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and build internal web applications and tools.
• Create secure API integrations between SIS, ADP, NetSuite and internal systems.
• Ensure data validation, accuracy, and auditability across platforms.
• Maintain databases, write efficient queries, and map data across systems.
