INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY – Yard Hostler, 2nd Shift

Full‑time position located at Midway, Kentucky Distribution Center, just 15‑20 minutes outside of Lexington.

Please note that this position is open to internal candidates only. External candidates who apply will not be considered for this role.

This is a full‑time Yard Hostler/Spotter at our Midway, Kentucky Distribution Center.

Responsibilities

• Staging trailers to their assigned loading/unloading doors
• Cleaning and sweeping trailers as needed/instructed
• Maintaining communication with supervisors throughout the shift
• Communicating all truck issues observed to supervision
• Conforming to all safety rules and using appropriate safety equipment

Requirements

• Proven ability to maneuver trailers (turning radius/backing/docking)
• No history of revocations for unsatisfactory driving
• Must be able to pass the Lakeshore safety training
• Good attendance and adherence to work schedule
• Ability to pass DOT Drug and Alcohol screening
