Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC in Midway, Kentucky is seeking a warehouse team member to manage inventory and support operations. You will count and verify inventory accuracy, input data into the warehouse management system, and process damaged items.

Job Description

A day in the office looks like this:

  • Counting and verifying all inventory are accurate
  • Following all documented inventory processes and procedures
  • Inputting necessary information into warehouse management system
  • Ensuring all inventory in pick locations is prepared for picking and packing…i.e., is not damaged, has correct SKU labels
  • Processing damaged and repair items and preparing them for dispositioning
  • Analyzing data and recognizing inventory trends such as velocity
  • Verifying physical count of stock and adjusting errors in counts
  • Investigating and reporting reasons for discrepancies
  • Operating equipment to count and verifying items that are not at ground level
  • Performing any/all additional tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager
Qualifications
