• This communications role will work closely with North American business teams and key functional partners, including Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance. The ideal candidate is an early-career communications professional with strong writing, organizational, and relationship-building skills who is passionate about internal and corporate communications and engagement.
• In this role, you will help manage and optimize our core communications platforms and channels, support communications planning and execution, and provide analytics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of communications programs. Working with business stakeholders and communications colleagues, you will develop and deliver content that informs employees, supports business objectives, and strengthens our culture.
• This position will also help create campaigns and storytelling that showcase our values, highlight employee experiences, and encourage engagement across communication channels. The successful candidate will manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, project-driven environment while contributing ideas and recommendations that enhance the employee experience.
• The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in Communications or Marketing; 3 to 5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing communications, employee communications, or a related field. They will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with digital communications platforms and analytics, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging communications.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$60,860 - $83,677

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
