Talon Air is building real business tools using AI. We’re looking for someone who loves turning ideas into working applications and who enjoys solving problems with prompts and AI tooling.

You’ll work directly with company leadership to create internal tools such as dashboards, automations, forms, portals, and AI-powered assistants that help our business run more efficiently—no heavy engineering degree required, just curiosity and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools to build projects.
• Strong prompting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python/JS/TS).
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create internal tools and dashboards using AI tools.
• Develop web apps, dashboards, workflows, and forms.
• Collaborate with leadership to turn ideas into working apps.
• Build APIs and integrations as needed.
• Improve business processes with automation.
