Job summary

Bane Care Management, LLC is seeking a Float Nurse for an internal staffing role across Western MA locations. Nurses (RN or LPN) will work up to 40 hours weekly, with compensation per hour and differentials.

Responsibilities include med administration, assessments, care plan execution, and resident safety in a nursing home setting. Positions are full-time, onsite at Springside and Craneville locations, with competitive pay and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 1+ year nursing or nursing home experience required.
• Administer medications, complete assessments, ensure proper resident care.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute and monitor care plans for safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain resident safety and follow regulatory guidelines.
