Job summary

Springside Skilled Nursing Home & Rehabilitation in Pittsfield, MA, is seeking CNAs through an internal staffing agency for up to 40 hours per week. CNAs must be licensed in Massachusetts and provide compassionate, comprehensive resident care.

Positions offer competitive shift differentials and flexible scheduling. Applicants should assist with ADLs, maintain safety, and uphold residents' rights with dignity.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA for at least 1 year in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents as assigned.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisors.
• Follow facility policies and safety procedures.
