Job summary

Bane Care Management, LLC is seeking RN/LPN staff to work within our internal staffing agency, serving North Shore locations in Massachusetts. Positions offer competitive pay, shift differentials, and flexible scheduling for up to 40 hours per week.

RNs earn $46/hr and LPNs $43/hr with additional differentials. The work focuses on nursing home residents, medication administration, assessments, and coordinated care planning to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of nursing/nursing home experience.
• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
