Job summary

BaneCare Management is seeking RN/LPN staff to join our Internal Staffing Agency and work at our North Shore locations in Beverly, MA and Gloucester, MA. Positions offer up to 40 hours per week with competitive pay and shift differentials.

As an Internal Staffing Agency RN/LPN, you will administer medications, complete assessments, and ensure residents receive proper care while coordinating with physicians on plans of care and developing, executing, and monitoring care plans for safety and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of nursing/nursing home experience.
• Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain safety of residents.
• Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide resident assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians on care plans and plans of care.
• Develop and monitor individualized care plans for residents.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in daily resident care.
• Maintain accurate care documentation and resident records.
