Aetius Outsourcing Consulting . (gatpsolu Solutions) is seeking an accounting professional to manage invoicing, payroll, GST compliance, and accounts receivable for our client base. The role requires meticulous record-keeping and timely payments processing.

The ideal candidate has a background in accounting with proficiency in Zoho Books or similar software, and strong Excel skills. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure accurate financials is essential.

Qualifications

B.Com, M.Com or MBA Finance or equivalent.
Experience in CA firm or accounting team preferred.
Proficient with MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Issue invoices and record sales, receipts, purchases, expenses, and bank entries.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and payment gateway statements.
Prepare monthly salary workings and payroll inputs.
Track client invoices, payment status, and collections (AR).
Process and document vendor and employee payments on schedule.
Prepare GST work for GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings.
