Job summary

Plexus Corp. is seeking a Test Intern in Wisconsin to work on Automated Functional Test Equipment, programming software, and Hipot test equipment. You will develop test programs for manufacturing and collaborate with team leaders and engineers.

The role requires pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with GPA 3.0+ preferred and strong analytical/communication skills. Internship is non-exempt with hourly pay 23–27 USD, based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and sustainment of test and inspection programs for one or multiple manufacturing test platforms.
• Assist in the development of training materials and assembly build instructions for operators.
• Support troubleshooting and debugging of test equipment and software; perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist with data monitoring to improve yields and identify cost-down opportunities.
• Coordinate with planners and Supervisors to support established production priorities.
• Lead test/program acceptance and calibration activities.
• Record and compile test results from specifications, manuals, and procedures.
