Job summary

Triad is seeking a passionate, people-loving Talent and Culture Intern to join our team. You’ll help create positive experiences for others and learn the ins and outs of company culture, engagement, and operations.

As part of the Culture Team, you’ll support events, workspace hospitality, and internal communications while collaborating with mentors on a capstone project that adds a tangible resume-worthy piece of work.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, or team member engagement is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and community events.
  • Help develop ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Support internal communication efforts (digital signage, newsletters, announcements).
  • Execute on gifting campaigns.
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment and assist with logistics of celebrations and experiences.
  • Partner with Talent and Culture team on special projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to research and process improvements for Talent and Culture programs.
  • Support other business operations projects and a Capstone project on a business need, with mentorship.

About the role

We’re looking for a passionate, people-loving Talent and Culture Intern to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating positive experiences for others and wants to learn the ins and outs of company culture, team member engagement, and business operations.

As part of our Culture Team, you’ll help us “love on” our community, both inside and outside our walls, by supporting experiences, projects, and initiatives that bring our values to life. You’ll also help keep our workspace welcoming and organized, assist with Talent and Culture projects, and play a key role in making our office an amazing place to work.

What you'll do
Culture and Engagement Support
  • Assist with planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and community events.
  • Help develop creative ideas to enhance workplace culture and employee experience.
  • Support internal communication efforts (such as digital signage, newsletters, and announcements).
  • Execute on gifting campaigns.
Office and Administrative Support
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment by managing supplies, stocking snacks, and supporting light upkeep tasks.
  • Assist with celebration and experience logistics.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Talent & Culture team.
Project Support
  • Partner with Talent and Culture team members on special projects and initiatives.
  • Contribute to research and process improvement efforts related to Talent and Culture programs.
  • Support other business operations projects and initiatives.
  • As part of your internship, you will have the opportunity to complete a Capstone project around a business need that interests you. You’ll work with your mentor to develop what this looks like, adding a tangible piece of work to your resume upon the completion of your internship.
Qualifications

  • Experience in event planning, hospitality, or team member engagement is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
