Job summary

Triad is seeking a Talent and Culture Intern to join our Culture Team, helping create positive experiences for colleagues and learning the ins and outs of our company culture, engagement, and operations.

You’ll support engagement activities, keep an inviting office, contribute to projects, and complete a capstone project with mentor guidance, gaining hands-on experience and real impact on our workplace.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Management, HR, Communications or related field.
• Experience in event planning, hospitality, or team member engagement is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Culture and Engagement Support: assist with planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and community events.
• Office and Administrative Support: maintain a welcoming and organized office and assist with logistics.
• Project Support: partner with Talent and Culture on special projects and process improvements.
• Capstone: complete a mentor-guided project adding tangible work to your resume.
