  • Must have at least 3 semesters remaining to qualify for the program.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to understand business operations and processes.
  • Contribute to large-scale projects, taking on a leading role.
  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Participate in and select 2–3 hands-on projects related to Engineering, Quality, Operations Leadership.
