Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Georgia – Norcross) seeks a student software developer to support the design, development, testing, and delivery of real-time payment solutions. You will work within an Agile team on modern tech stack including Java, JSON, Docker, and Kubernetes, contributing to microservices and UI work with AngularJS/ReactJS.

The role emphasizes secure coding, source control, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of completed coursework in computer science or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Knowledge of software development tech and methodologies.
• Understanding of software development best practices - source control, unit testing, and secure coding.
• Understanding of Agile software development.
• Experience with Java and related tools (JSON, GIT, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud-based microservices development (Vert.x, Spring Boot).
• UI development experience in AngularJS and/or ReactJS.
• Knowledge of Linux, Vagrant, VMware.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

• Understands and complies with Risk Management program requirements including identification of risks, key controls, and control testing as applicable to their responsibilities.
