The Waldinger Corporation is seeking ambitious college interns to join us for the 2027 Summer Internship program in Des Moines, IA. You will gain exposure to our mechanical, sheet metal, electrical, and service contracting work while supporting project teams.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management and have experience with Microsoft Office. Interns will contribute to real projects and learn industry practices.
